Meet our new instructor Arvind🇮🇳!

Arvind started his yoga journey at the age of 5. He helped many students to gain strength, stamina, and flexibility to move through asanas. Physical body alignment and correction of postures are his particular concerns. He also adjusted his style of teaching yoga to be more in line with the lifestyle of Hong Kong people.

He strives to assist students finding true balance in their practice. His primary focus includes Hath and Yin yoga, with emphasis on body-mind & anatomical alignment.

其實4月21日是否可以重開,仲要等政府最後通知。

🤞🏻闊別數月,我地都好努力為重開做安排,希望可以快啲見到大家。

與此同時,我們於上環的新店亦會同大家見面!🎉

籌備多時,新店位於永樂街,地鐵站過條馬路就到,超方便。

到時會分別以PT studio及 Yoga studio兩個Studio為大家服務,希望大家多多支持❤️。

Dear members,

In accordance with the latest Government announcement, social distancing restrictions including the closure of gym will be extended until 20th April, 2022 as it battles to halt the spread of coronavirus. Our Kwun Tong, Lai Chi Kok, Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan yoga studio and Sheung Wan personal training studio will be closed during the period. We plan to resume operations on 21st April, 2022.

During our closure period from 7th January to 20th April, 2022, we will extend your current prepaid membership or arrange waiver to your monthly paid membership. For all Personal Training packages, expiry dates will be applied automatically.

Dear members,

In accordance with the latest Government announcement, social distancing restrictions including the closure of gym will be extended until 24th February, 2022 as it battles to halt the spread of coronavirus. Our Kwun Tong, Lai Chi Kok, Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan yoga studio and Sheung Wan personal training studio will be closed during the period. We plan to resume operations on 25th February, 2022.

During our closure period from 7th January to 24th February, 2022 (49 days in total), we will extend your current prepaid membership or arrange waiver to your monthly paid membership. For all Personal Training packages, expiry dates will be applied automatically.

但該如何養成運動習慣,
令你成為更好的自己,
以下有四個方法:

1️⃣ Make it obvious
將瑜伽服/ 瑜伽墊 放在顯而易見的地方,
提醒自己要練習。

2️⃣ Make it attractive
要令過程使你快樂。
每個人對瑜伽的喜好都不一樣,
有人喜歡mediation,有人喜愛動態瑜伽,
可以多上自己喜歡的課堂,少與人作比較,將練習持之而行。

3️⃣ Make it easy
對初學者來說,慢慢來開始改變自己就可以,
選擇一些入門的瑜伽課,例如Hatha, Yin Yoga, stretching. 甚至是我們新加入的Singing bowl班亦可以。 我們要的是每天1%的小進步,任何練習都是練習。

4️⃣ Make it satisfying
將自己的練習簡單紀錄下來,
感受瑜伽帶來的身心靈改變,
每次練習,都來帶來進步的!
