Panax Notoginseng (Sanqi)

Panax Notoginseng (Burk.) F.H. Chen is a species of the genus Panax in the Araliaceae family and is widely cultivated in Yunnan and Guangxi provinces of China.

Panax Notoginseng contains 24 kinds of notoginsenosides, 77 kinds of volatile oil constituents and 17 kinds of amino acid constituents represented by dencichine. Also found in Panax Notoginseng are polysaccharides, flavonoids, fatty oils, polyacetylenes, proteins, alkaloids, inorganic elements, inorganic salts and other similar physiological active substances.

Notoginseng both promotes blood circulation to remove stasis and tonifies blood to strengthen the body, making it a commonly used Chinese medicinal herb.

High-quality Notoginseng, combined with experienced processing techniques, can remove impurities and non-medicinal parts from notoginseng, enhancing its therapeutic effects and ensuring health safety.
