What you'll learn each week:
1️⃣ Week 1 (No Props) – Focus on spinal, shoulder, and hip alignment to safely open your back.
2️⃣ Week 2 (Yoga Wheel) – Explore inversions and deepen upper backbends with the yoga wheel.
3️⃣ Week 3 (Chair) – Enhance mid and lower backbends with chair support for protection and opening.
4️⃣ Week 4 (Strap & Block) – Use strap and block for single-leg backbends and spinal extension.
5️⃣ Week 5 (Mixed Props) – Combine all props for advanced dropbacks and inverted backbends.
