👔我頸痛, 做乜醫我隻腳
身體代償機制 (Body Compensation)
- 若我們有上身痛症(尤其長期慢性)如頭痛、頸痛、肩痛、背痛,身體有機會用其他位置代償
例如(代償由上到下):
* 頭/上頸前突 ->
* 脊椎變直 ->
* 減少生理弧度 ->
* 盆骨後傾 ->
* 髖關節外旋 ->
* 腳掌負重集中在外側
- 若要長期、有效的去治療根本原因,處理頸部 外,亦要改善下肢和腳掌的情況
上半身和下半身相互連結
- 例如上肢發力:在不同情況下,身體會選擇分別運用同邊或是另一邊的腳,作為重心腳(支點)
*用錯重心腳的話,上肢的發力效率會下降
- 效率下降,會導致力量&控制力同時下降,增加對身體的負荷,甚至增加受傷風險
腳掌負重 (Foot Weight-Bearing)
- 有頸/ 脊椎痛的話, 可能會用較多腳掌外側來負重
正確負重:
* 三個位置負重(拇指骨、尾指骨、腳踭)
* 站立/步行的話,建議負重在腳踭較多 >50% [跑步例外]
* 步行/跑步的話,建議負重在拇指骨多於尾指骨
- 每個情況的問題位置都可能不同
*要作出適當評估找出問題 學習腳掌負重會是一個好的切入點

Body Compensation
- If we experience upper body pain (especially chronic conditions) such as headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, or back pain, our body may compensate by using other areas
- For long-term effective treatment addressing the root cause, it is essential to address the lower limbs in addition to the neck.
Interconnection of the Upper and Lower Body
* Using wrong supporting base can decrease the efficiency leads to a decrease in strength and control, increasing the load on body and the risk of injury.
Foot Weight-Bearing
* In the presence of spinal pain, there may be an increased load on the outer side of the foot.
Proper weight-bearing:
* Weight should be distributed among three areas (big toe, little toe, and heel).
* During standing, it is recommended to bear more weight on the heel (>50%) [with the exception of running].
* During walking/running, it is recommended to bear more weight on the big toe than the little toe.
