[皮膚小百科] 預防帶狀疱疹（生蛇）及相關後遺症

帶狀疱疹是由水痘病毒（Varicella-zoster virus）重新激活引起的疾病。臨床上，生蛇不僅影響皮膚，若未能及時處理，可能引致嚴重的併發症：

1. 眼部併發症：若病毒累及視神經，嚴重者有機會影響視力。
2. 皮膚受損：臉部受感染可能導致皮膚組織受損，留下疤痕。
3. 帶狀疱疹後神經痛 (PHN)：皮疹消退後，受影響的神經線可能持續感到痛楚。

關於新一代重組蛋白疫苗：

• 預防效能：臨床數據顯示，該疫苗預防帶狀疱疹的總效能率約為 97%。
• 減少後遺症：預防帶狀疱疹後神經痛 (PHN) 的效能率超過 90%。
• 接種程序：建議接種次數為兩次，兩針之間需有特定間隔。
• 常見反應：接種後部分人士可能出現局部腫痛、頭痛、發燒、肌肉痛或疲勞。這些副作用通常屬輕微且具暫時性。

以下人士不建議接種疫苗：

1. 對疫苗成分有嚴重過敏史。
2. 處於帶狀疱疹發病期。
3. 患有急性感染。
4. 懷孕或正在授乳的婦女。

• Post-Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN): Chronic nerve pain following the resolution of the rash.

Features of the Recombinant Shingles Vaccine

• Efficacy: It demonstrates a 97% efficacy rate in preventing Shingles in clinical trials.
• PHN Prevention: It provides over 90% protection against the development of Post-Herpetic Neuralgia.
• Administration: A complete course consists of two intramuscular doses.
• Side Effects: Common reactions include injection site pain, swelling, headache, fever, myalgia, or fatigue. These are typically mild and transient.

Individuals with these conditions should not receive the vaccine

Have a history of severe allergic reactions to any component of the vaccine.
1. Are currently experiencing an active Shingles outbreak.
2. Are suffering from an acute infection.
3. Are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
