認識我們團隊的另一位「小幫手」:Miss Mai脈小姐。🧘♀️✨
若你曾到駐足教室,或許曾見過她在旁靜候 —— 全身佈滿如紋身般的線條與穴位。在傳統中醫中,這些是「經脈」;在我們的練習中,她時刻提醒著我們:人類的本質,遠不止於骨骼與肌肉。
筋膜(結締組織)是身體的物理網絡 —— 是人體內的「硬體」。氣(Qi / Prana)是流動其中的能量 —— 是人體內的「軟體」。
當筋膜因壓力、姿勢不良或重複性動作而變得「黏連」,能量通道(經脈)便會受阻。這不僅表現為身體的繃緊,更會演變成情緒負荷或精神疲憊。
這就是為什麼我們維持動作的時間稍為長一點,好讓身體有時間去創造空間。要深達筋膜並疏通 Miss Mai 所示的經絡,我們需要:
1️⃣ 時間:讓筋膜組織在安全的情況下自然釋放。
2️⃣ 覺知:透過筋膜放鬆(Fascial Release)解開糾結。
3️⃣ 呼吸:將「氣」重新引導至舒展開的空間。

Meet another 'Silent Teacher' from our team: Miss Mai. 🧘♀️✨
If you’ve spent time in the studio, you’ve likely seen her hiding in corners — a map of lines and points like tattoos throughout the body. In TCM, these are Meridians (經脈). In our practice, she is a constant reminder that we are more than just bone and muscle.
Fascia (connective tissue) — the body’s physical web — the hardware. Qi (or Prana) — the energy flowing through it—the software.
When our fascia becomes "glued" due to stress, posture, or repetitive movement, the energy lines (Meridians) get blocked. We feel it as physical tightness, but also as emotional heaviness or mental fatigue.
This is why we hold longer in Yin yoga poses. To reach the fascia and clear Miss Mai’s pathways, we need:
1️⃣ Time: allow the fascia tissues to safely release.
2️⃣ Care: fascial release to let unknot happen.
3️⃣ Breath: To invite the Qi back into the spaces we’ve cleared.
At Power Sutraass, every stretch and sequence serves a purpose: to turn a "traffic jam" into a flowing river.
