延續上回「探索香港歐亞族群的歷史傳奇」文化講座所獲得的熱烈迴響與圓滿成功，香港藝術中心之友誠邀各位參與探索歐亞社群歷史文化第二章——「昭遠墳場歷史導賞行」。本次專屬導賞將繼續由第四代歐亞裔企業家，兼香港快運航空創辦人謝天賜先生（Mr. Andrew Tse） 親自帶領，深入探索香港歐亞社群的豐富歷史，並走訪這個安葬了許多顯赫家族的重要地標，踏上一段穿越歷史與文化的深度之旅。
📍 導賞亮點：
✅ 深入摩星嶺「昭遠墳場」，了解1897年由何東爵士與何福先生受托管理的歷史緣起
✅ 走進私人墓園「何莊」，探尋1915年何甘棠為家族設計的四層風水佈局、紀念花園與祠堂
✅ 聆聽謝天賜先生分享歐亞社群作為文化橋樑的角色，以及眾多影響香港發展的關鍵人物故事

Continuing from the success and enthusiastic participation in our previous exclusive talk " Cultural Connect: Eurasian History Talk", we warmly invite Friends of the Hong Kong Arts Centre to join us for the second chapter of our cultural series – "A Historical Guided Tour of Chiu Yuen Cemetery." This guide will led by Mr. Andrew Tse, a fourth-generation Hong Kong-born Eurasian and accomplished entrepreneur (founder of Hong Kong Express Airways). This exclusive tour will delve into the rich history of Hong Kong's Eurasian community in tandem with visiting this important landmark, the final resting place of many prominent families.
📍 Tour Highlights:
✅Explore the Chiu Yuen Cemetery on Mount Davis, learning about its historical origins from 1897 when the land was granted to Sir Robert Ho Tung and Mr. Ho F**k as trustees.
✅Discover the private burial ground of "Ho Chong” and its four-terrace Feng Shui layout, memorial garden and ancestral hall designed in 1915 for the family of Ho Kom-tong.
✅Soak up Mr. Andrew Tse’s fascinating insights into the Eurasian community's role as cultural intermediaries and the stories of key figures who helped shape Hong Kong.
✅Experience the cemetery's architecture and landscape, a harmonious blend of Chinese and Western traditions.
