【三代同堂各享千秋】
三代同堂，是很讓人羨慕的一回事。一家大小一同上酒樓，也是中國家庭的一大特色。但是怎樣才能做到代代有愛，而不是互相糾纏？
這個家庭來我們的跨代家庭中心時，是因為孩子出了問題。兩個孩子，一個五歲，一個七歲。父母因為工作關係，把孩子交給外公外婆看管。兩代人因為管教方式不同，尤其母親與外婆，不停碰撞。不只是婆媳容易產生矛盾，母女爭持起來，有時吵得更利害，針針見血。
雖說問題是孩子難教。但是當我們探討這三代六口的關係時，發現兩個孩子都是很安詳地坐在一旁畫畫，一點兒也沒有不聽教的跡象。倒是母親對外婆有很大控訴，嫌她太寵孩子，沒有跟從母親的指引，嫌她不夠警覺，讓孩子亂吃東西。反正就是怪她沒有把孩子管好，讓孩子變得情緒化，行為失控......

Our Live Case Demonstration is an important feature of AAFT, providing a platform for clinical and intellectual exchange among professionals from different cultures. It provides a rare opportunity for participants to take part in the case formulation and live family interviews conducted by Wai Yung Lee, Ph.D. and other experienced family therapy trainers. The cases cover a spectrum of developmental issues and are referred by professionals from various disciplines. Our approach is trans-disciplinary-oriented, including the fields of psychiatry, psychology, social work, pediatrics, and family medicine.

【Intermediate Certificate Course in Family Therapy (Fall 2025)】
This course is designed for professionals who are interested in acquiring clinical experience in working with live families. It employs a hands-on approach on how to apply theory to actual practice. On top of didactic lectures and exercises for skill training, participants will be engaged in working with live families, including assessment and treatment. Participants can bring in their own cases or participate in cases of AAFT to gain practical experience. This course is taught by Mr. Presley Ko, Program Director.

【Family Therapy with Psychiatric Patients (Fall 2025) 】
Join our course designed specifically for psychiatrists and mental health professionals!
The course consists of eight didactic lectures and two live case demonstration sessions. It aims to introduce how family therapy can be applied to a range of mental health problems presented in children, adolescents and adults. Videos from live sessions will be used extensively to illustrate the assessment and treatment
process in linking the presenting symptom to family dynamics.
The course will show the difference in handling a range of behavioral and emotional problems that is handled in the family context as compared to handling them individually. Segments from live family interviews will be used to demonstrate this specific approach. This course will be taught by Dr. Kam Wai Kwok Irene and Dr Chow Lai Yin Dickson. Both of them are Specialists in Psychiatry.

Hong Kong faces a growing mental health challenge across all ages. We need to respond timely with a feasible, cost-effective, collaborative, community-based approach.
This workshop is a call to action for social workers, psychiatrists, family doctors, community nurses, counsellors, clinical/ educational psychologists and educators. We will explore practical strategies for prevention, screening, early detection, first-line intervention, seamless referral pathways and collaborative care within our networks.

【賽馬會家庭治療計劃：公開講座系列「善別從後事開始」】

內容簡介
當面對親人離世時，總讓喪親者措手不及，加上一些傳統觀念和對後事流程不熟悉，往往窒礙了他們好好地疏理情緒，並錯失了與逝者好好道別的時機。此工作坊將透過短講、分享及體驗活動，讓參加者認識如何由後事支援作為介入起點，於實務與心靈上應對家屬的需要，重整生
活，適應悲傷，讓去者善終、留者善別。

講者簡介
Molly 是註冊社工，擁有社會工作學士和家庭輔導及家庭教育碩士學位。她現時擔任香港聖公會福利協會安寧服務總監，負責督導多個安寧服務項目，致力推動社區生死教育。在 2024 年，Molly 獲選為第三十三屆優秀社工。Eunice 是註冊社工，具十多年輔導經驗，現時為香港聖公會聖匠堂安寧服務「護慰天使」喪親者支援服務的項目經理。
