Responsibilities:

Provide support to Machine Sales Department
Assist Sales Team to prepare tender documents, technical proposals and sales quotations
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and vendors to meet customer’s request
Handle customer inquiries and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related disciplines
1 year experience in trading industry will be an advantage, fresh Graduate will also be considered
Candidate present self-motivated and confident, willing to learn and communicate
Able to work in a multitask manner, and work on several projects at the same time
Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office, e.g.PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Must good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Immediate available is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

Report to Customer Service Supervisor
Deliver professional customer service through answering phone call, email and fax
Answer customers’ inquiries promptly, such as order booking and shipment tracing
Handle complaints from customers and ensure proper follow-up is performed
Provide accurate import and export information for shipment send out
Maintain good relationship with customers to enhance business growth

Job Requirements

University graduate ( All disciplines preferable)
Minimum 2 years of work experience - preferably in the communications field
·Can handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and be a fast learner of new processes and systems
A pleasant, proactive and mature character with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
· Proficient in the use of MS Office application
