Symptomatic on axial loading.

Arthroscopic bone grafting done

Rehab timeline:
- cast + keep k wires weeks 0 to 8
- off wire and keep splint weeks 8 to 12
- week 12 vigorous mobilisation and strengthening exercises.

Recurrent GCT only 2 months after 1st excision.

Previous surgeon removed the mass by piece meal.

Now GCT multilobulated, extending from volar, to dorsal, under FPL, surrounding both radial and ulna NV bundles.

Last video show patient's thumb 1 month post op.
