Explore a world where workouts intertwine seamlessly with artistic expression through acro, aerial, dance, movement and pole. Christine and Van are two individuals dedicated to self-progression while balancing family and career responsibilities. Despite not being professional aerialists or instructors, we founded TAO Dance Arts to share our love for aerial arts, pole, acro, yoga, and body movement workouts. We met in Hong Kong, where 道 means "pathway." While not associated with Taoism, we align body and mind to help each person find their own path through aerial arts, pole, acro, dance, yoga, and body movement workouts. TAO is a space to harness strength, purpose, and grace. Join our community and let your passion for movement flourish!

Gold medals are shiny but what matters more is why she showed up.

Thank you, Christine, for stepping onto the competition stage not because it was easy, but because you believe in having a passion that keeps pulling you forward, even when life is busy and full of excuses.

Behind moments like this are quiet forces:
teachers who believe before you do,
a space that feels safe to fail and grow,
and reminders that progress has no age, body type, or “right time.”

Those inner voices, “maybe later,” “I’m not ready,” “people like me don’t do this”, are valid. They’re just there to protect you from the unfamiliar, not to stop you.

Our story

Studio Chrome, a place for people to find their best and strongest selves while they enjoy a community vibe in the process. We are a premier fitness and dance studio housed in an industrial complex located in up and coming Kwun Tong, Kowloon. Located within a 5 minute walk from the MTR on Shing Yip street, and only a 25 minute commute from Hong Kong Island, we will offer a range of classes focusing on movement and aerial arts (pole, hoop, silk, hammock, dance, yoga, flexibility, contortion).

Whether someone is keen on professional/amateur competition-preparation or a curious walk-in finding a way out of a “life rut”, Studio Chrome offers a journey towards personal bests in strength, grace and hard-core determination amongst fellow enthusiasts in a stylish, attitude-free and supportive environment.

At Studio Chrome, you compete only with the “before” you within a circle of friends who quite literally have your back as you unlock every achievement.
