I work with you to uncover your relationship with food and your body. We look at where you have been, where you’re at now and what steps we can take to improve your nutrition. Individual one on one virtual consultations gives me the opportunity to focus on you, and help identify ways to improve your nutrition that suit your medical nutritional needs and lifestyle. There are many ways to monitor your progress that doesn't include the scale.

Are you able to make educated food choices with confidence?
Are you feeling more comfortable and confident in your clothes?
Are you cooking more nutrient dense home cooked meals?
Have you developed daily habits that help you reach your nutrition goals?
Has your sleep improved?
Are you incorporating regular physical activity for health and enjoyment?
Have your health markers improved? (eg.Blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol levels)

Remember to celebrate the non scale victories 👍👏
This will help keep you motivated to reach your long term goal.
