鍾綿穎先生於2002年考獲美國物理治療學院臨床博士學位，並分別擁有美國及香港註冊物理治療師的執業資格。過往工作範疇廣泛，畢業後，曾於美國公營轄下之醫院、康復中心、私人診所及政府資助院舍工作，長達十年。 2011年回港後，以其豐富臨床經驗，治療過不同情況的病人，包括骨科、兒科、老人科、神經科及運動創傷的人士。對於不同範疇的治療及復康，皆有深入瞭解，尤其精於不同的痛症及手術後復康治理。

鍾先生也是一位香港教練委員會和香港武術聯會的註冊教練， 精通武術，復康太極和氣功。 學海無涯，好學不倦， 鍾先生仍然不斷進修以提升治療的質素，先後獲取物理治療針灸文憑、美國物理治療師協會臨床助教、普拉提導師等等。他還修讀不同的手法治療、背部復康運動、足部矯形鞋墊等課程。

工餘時，鍾先生曾擔任大型活動之專責物理治療師， 例如國際七人欖球賽、不同籃球團隊； 以及以義工形式 到訪多間機構、教會、學校和老人中心，舉辦健康專題講座及提供專業諮詢服務以提高大眾對物理治療及安全體力處理操作的認識。

Mr. Alvin Chung is not only a registered physiotherapist and has earned his doctoral in Physical Therapy in 2002, but also a registered coach of the Hong Kong Coaching Committee and the Hong Kong Wushu Union. There is no end to learning, and knowledge is infinite. Chung never stops studying to improve the quality of his skills and knowledge of effective treatment. He has successfully obtained an acupuncture diploma in physiotherapy, an accredited clinical instructor of the American Physical Therapy Association, a level 4 Pilates instructor and so on. He also took courses in different manual techniques, back rehabilitation exercises, and foot orthotic insoles. In his spare time, Mr. Chung served as a dedicated physiotherapist for large-scale events, such as Hong Kong Sevens, different basketball teams; and as a volunteer, he visited many organizations, churches, schools and elderly centers, held health seminars and provided professional information to raise public awareness of benefit of physiotherapy service and preventive care education such as proper body mechanics, ergonomics, stretching techniques etc..
