而佛法禪修實際上也就逐漸去熟悉你的自心本性;
就像是愈來愈深入瞭解一個朋友一樣。
如同交朋友般我們也要以漸進的方式來探究自己的心,一見如故的交情是少之又少的。禪修和普通社交之間唯一的不同的是,你要深入交往的朋友是你自己。
