我們注意到近期在某Telegram群組中,有關於我們的醫生診症內容的留言,當中包含不正確及具誤導性的資訊。在此澄清如下:
1. 醫生的治療方案:
本中心醫生根據病人的症狀及醫療需要進行治療。處方包括喉糖在內的藥物,均是為了緩解病人嚴重的喉嚨痛。應病人要求,該處方已立即調整為價格較低的喉糖。
2. 不實指控:
有留言聲稱醫生為牟利而處方喉糖藥物,或為該病人的5歲兒子處方Difflam喉糖,這些均屬虛假指控。醫療記錄顯示,該名兒童從未向醫生獲得任何喉糖處方。
3. 專業操守:
本中心醫生一向盡力以專業及透明的態度提供診治,向病人解釋治療方案、費用及選擇。任何指控其行為不當的說法,均毫無根據。
我們懇請相關人士避免繼續散播虛假資訊。本中心醫生將一如既往,為每位病人提供高質素及合乎醫療道德的服務。

We are aware of recent messages posted in a Telegram group regarding a certain consultation in April with our doctor at Zen Medical Healthcare. These messages contain incorrect and misleading information about our doctor’s medical management and practices.
To clarify:
1. Doctor’s Medical Treatment:
Our doctor provided treatment based on the patient’s symptoms and medical needs. Medications, including throat lozenges, were prescribed to address severe sore throat pain. Upon the patient’s request, the prescription was immediately adjusted to a different lozenge, before the patient left our clinic, to reduce costs.
2. False Allegations:
Claims that our doctor prescribed medications for extra profit or prescribed Difflam lozenges to the patient’s 5-year-old child are completely false. Medical records confirm that the child never received any prescription of throat lozenges from our doctor.
3. Professional Integrity:
Our doctor strives to act professionally and transparently, explaining treatment options, costs, and alternatives. Allegations suggesting otherwise are entirely groundless.
We kindly request the individual involved to avoid further dissemination of false information. Our doctors remain committed to providing ethical and high-quality medical care to all patients.
