"Rest the rhythm — not a rule. On your period, give your body the rest it needs and avoid high‑energy, crowded places like temples for a few days. This isn’t about impurity or disrespect toward worship — it’s about protecting your apanvayu (the downward pranic flow). Intense vibrations and bustling environments can disturb that energy flow, affecting grounding, pelvic and digestive balance. Choose gentle, grounding practices (deep breathing, warm baths, light walks) and quiet self‑care until your cycle settles. Honor your rhythm and allow time for restoration. "

I recently led a laughter yoga session at , and seeing the audience fully engaged during my session filled me with a profound sense of fulfillment as a yoga teacher. Connecting with 1,100 people simultaneously was an incredibly enriching experience, and I feel deeply honored to have shared this moment.

Embracing joy through laughter yoga not only enhances well-being but also creates a vibrant community. This event highlighted the power of collective positivity and the transformative effects of yoga on mental health. I'm grateful for the opportunity to inspire and uplift so many hearts at once!

So much of power in one frame 🙌 and being a tiny part of that power is itself a privilege.

This whole process of getting considered to reaching to that platform is journey , a memorable journey to cherish for your lifetime.

I started teaching 4 years back with 3 students and today I take pride in reaching to the audience of 1100 people, with whom I connected and gave them some moments of happiness , which they can cherish when they need it the most in their life.

I feel pride that yes I reached to a milestone , which I dreamt of the day I became founder of .

There were lot of people who put their trust in me ❤️ Thanks to every that person who took me closer to that "RED DOT" 🔴
