Wellness Yoga Class

This class is designed to improve the overall wellness of our body, focusing on maximizing the mobility and releasing chronic pains.

We will employ yoga asanas and stretching techniques to better the flexibility and strength of our muscles. Adjusting our body alignment to gradually reduce the chronic issues.

Class size will be limited to max 6 students so the instructor could attend to each student’s need and body condition.

Class fee: $250 @
Time: Every Sat 16:30 to 17:30
Location : Studio in Central

Private class and group class with minimum 3 pax is available. Location and time can be arranged by WhatsApp Edwina at 6114 1137.
