Ally van de Pol is a NASM CPT certified personal trainer, AFPA Certified Holistic Nutritionist, AAHF Senior Fitness Specialist and Naturopath in training (certifying 2022) (plus first aid and CPR certified) who is passionate about real health for everybody. Established in Sai Kung in 2016 with an 800 sq ft gym, situated just 6 minutes drive from SK town, we offer a total approach to health and fitness. Personal Training: We believe in true functional fitness, with an emphasis on strength training, injury prevention and injury relief. Nobody is too old to start (but a coachable attitude is required for younger trainees) and programmes are tailored to individual fitness and capabilities.
Nutrition: Fitness is nothing if your diet is poor or sub-optimal.
We urge trainees to eat healthily for life; ditching faddy diets, maxing out whole food plant based foods (ie fruit and veggies), playing down or eliminating animal products. Why? It’s proven to be the best way to eat for long term health, it’s kind to animals and crucial for the planet. Fortunately eating this way shifts pounds and keeps them off too!
