Hana 有會陰內縮的問題，內縮的陰部會使皮膚摺疊覆蓋陰部形成一個溫暖潮濕的環境，因此非常適合細菌生長，這樣的話尿道、陰道或周圍皮膚經常發炎或感染。外陰成形術可以通過去除多餘的皮膚來減少感染的風險。Hana had a recessed v***a and had recurring urinary tract infections. A recessed v***a was an abnormality where skin folds cover the v***a, creating a warm, moist environment where bacteria could grow. This could lead to recurring urinary tract infection, inflammation or infection of the va**na or of the surrounding skin. Kaka 有膝蓋骨脫位情況 ，並進行了矯正膝蓋骨手術 。狗狗膝蓋處於異常既位置，會導致持續疼痛和附近骨骼的侵蝕，隨著年齡增長，還可能出現進一步的肌肉萎縮、後腿彎曲、脊椎疼痛、膝蓋骨脫位惡化以及更高的十字韌帶疾病風險。 Kaka had a patella (knee) luxation and a corrective surgery was performed. The patella, while at an abnormal position, could lead to constant pain and eroding of the adjacent bone. Yuen Yuen因意外肩膀脫臼。我們為他進行了手術將關節復位。
注意‼️只有在受傷後幾天內才可進行非手術性復位(托骹)。
Yuen Yuen恢復得很好，現在又可以跑跑跳跳了！ Yuen Yuen suffered from a shoulder luxation due to accident. Surgery was performed to fix the luxation. (Manual reduction could only be possible if the patient was seen within a few days after injury). Yuen Yuen was back to her normal happy life. #脫臼 #手術 #動物醫生 #獸醫

Dusty是一隻緬因貓，早前因意外跌斷了前臂（肱骨）。緬因貓相比其他貓咪更活潑好動，所以很容易發生意外。我們為她進行了手術，用鈦合金板和螺絲把斷骨駁回。她現在已完全康復了！ Dusty had an accident and broke her forearm (humerus). Maine C**n are fairly energetic and playful and more prone to accidents. We repaired the fracture with plate and screws. She recovered well and back to her normal self. #緬因貓 #動物醫生 #手術

Jobi因體內有線性異物而出現厭食和嘔吐症狀。線性異物在腸道內有拉繩作用，可能會造成腸穿孔。Jobi已完成了緊急手術。異物位於胃及十二指腸內。由於十二指腸與肝臟和胰臟的距離較近，因此異物在十二指腸的位置時，此手術更具挑戰性。Jobi現已恢復得很好並且在覆診過程中表現得很活潑。Jobi suffered from anorexic and vomiting due to a linear foreign body. Linear foreign body had drawstring effects in the intestines and could cause perforations. Emergency surgery was performed. The foreign body was located in the stomach and duodenum. Duodenal foreign bodies were more challenging due to its position and the proximity with liver and pancreas. Jobi had recovered well and was playful in recheck. #異物塞腸 #外科手術 #動物手術 #動物手術醫院

Biosux 不小心吞下了一根肋骨零食，並在食道中停留了一周。此情況的常見併發症包括肺炎、食道穿孔、食道炎和食道收窄。我們用內窺鏡把異物取出。雖然Biosux年齡較大，但恢復情況也很良好。 Biosux had accidentally swallowed a rib bone and had lodged in the oesophagus for a week. Common complications included pneumonia, perforations, oesophagitis and stricture. We used endoscope to retrieve the foreign body.
