Leg length discrepancy is never a ”minor flaw“ but an invisible trigger for postural imbalance

It not only causes an uneven gait and asymmetrical waistline but also subtly strains the pelvis and spine, inducing compensatory soreness in the lower back and hips.In the long run, it further burdens the joints.
For functional leg length discrepancy, use Pilates core training as the foundation to precisely release tight muscle groups and strengthen weak areas, while realigning the lower limb mechanics and restoring pelvic neutrality.
