With over thirty years of teaching experience, Ben had long-term poor posture which left him deeply familiar with how constant discomfort drains one’s life and mood. He tried fitness training, swimming, running, and more—but never found the key to truly unlocking his body’s constraints.

Don’t confuse lumbar muscle strain with lumbar disc herniation anymore –
Today we’ll explain the core differences between these two major low back issues in detail.
Lumbar muscle strain: Mostly caused by overuse of muscles or poor posture, with pain concentrated on both sides of the lower back.​
Lumbar disc herniation: Results from the degeneration of intervertebral discs that compress nerves, often accompanied by numbness and tingling in the lower limbs.​
Performing targeted Pilates relief exercises can strengthen the strength of the waist and abdominal muscles and improve spinal stability through low-intensity core training.​
