Glad to see the FDA finally speaks up against some probably bogus and shameful claims. One of the biggest was Thermage over 10 years ago which now most doctors think it has no significant benefits to justify the cost of treatment (and the cost of the machine to doctors). Perhaps that was something targeting only on the skin, and as always treatments on the skin were never strongly regulated by the authorities. (hence so many beauty centers and so many beauty treatments done by so many beauty therapists). Big slap on those doctors who speak (or lie) for these machines in conferences.
The FDA has received numerous reports of vaginal burns, scarring, pain during sexual in*******se, and recurring or chronic pain following unapproved use of laser devices for 'vaginal rejuvenation'.
