Salmon, broccoli, snow peas, carrots and bell peppers coated with teriyaki sauce and oven roasted to perfection. This quick and easy sheet pan dinner comes easily and makes a healthy low-carb dinner or meal prep in under 30 minutes! 😍

Ingredients

* 4 6 ounce salmon fillets
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 cup snow peas
* 1 cup bell pepper chopped
* 1 cup carrots sliced into thin strips
* sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
* Teriyaki Sauce:
* 1/2 cup light soy sauce or 1/4 cup dark soy & 1/4 cup water
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 garlic cloves minced
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil or grease with oil and set aside.
2. Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce in a medium bowl.Place salmon in a large ziplock bag or large bowl. Pour sauce over salmon and marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes or up to 24 hours.
3. Transfer salmon to baking sheet. Reserve the marinade that is left in the bag. Add broccoli, snow peas, bell pepper and carrot to the pan. Spoon a few teaspoons of the marinade oven veggies and drizzle with a teaspoon oil.
4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until salmon is flaky and cooked through, bake times may vary by thickness of salmon.
5. While salmon is baking, transfer remaining marinade to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened (2-3).
6. Remove salmon and veggies from the oven and brush remaining sauce on salmon fillets. Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired. Serve with rice, noodles, salad, or alone. Enjoy!

These delicious tacos are bursting with flavor and texture and are made in under 30 minutes with just a few fresh ingredients 🌮

Ingredients
For the marinade:
-¼ cup fresh cilantro minced (leaves and stems)
-2 tablespoons oil of choice
-Juice of 1 lime or 2 tablespoons
-1 teaspoon EACH chili powder, cumin, coriander
-½ teaspoon EACH salt & pepper
-1 pounds flank or skirt steak
-8 small corn or flour tortillas
-pico de gallo

Instructions
1. Whisk to combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Add the steak to the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill on medium-high heat for at least 2-3 minutes. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill 5-6 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the steak.
3. Remove from heat and rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing. Slice into thin 1/4” slices or into tiny bite-size pieces.
4. While the steak is cooking, warm tortillas on the stovetop over an open flame or in a frypan until the edges are charred.
5. Divide steak onto warm tortillas and top with pico de gallo. Serve with lime wedges and your favorite salsa or a light drizzle of sour cream if desired.
6. Lime wedges, sour cream, and cilantro to serve optional

Ingredients
-1½ pounds Shady brook Farms or Honeysuckle Ground Turkey
-1 egg
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup breadcrumbs
-1 cup chopped bell peppers ( different colors)
-1 small onion cut in 8th
-salt and pepper to taste
Glaze
-2 teaspoons minced garlic
-1/4 cup cilantro or parsley chopped
-Juice of half a lemon
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1/ 2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
1. To assemble the kebabs. Combine egg, Parmesan,bread crumbs, and garlic with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper.Add ground turkey and mix well. Make 12, 1.5 inch meatballs. Skew 3 meatball and vegetables on each skewer. Set aside.
2. To make the glaze. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside until ready to use.
3. Heat your grill to medium high heat. Place your kebabs on grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
4. Brush half the glaze over the top of the kebabs and turn them over,brush rest of the glaze on the other side and cook another 8-10 or until the kebabs are browned and fully cooked Internal temp should be 165 for done.

I’ve been craving something seriously chocolaty for the past few days and this is my favourite go to cake when I’m craving something super chocolaty 😋

Ingredients
-2 cups 16 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
-14 tablespoons 7 ounces unsalted butter
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-10 large eggs separated
-1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
-1/2 cup 3 1/2 ounces plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
-Cocoa to dust pan

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan and dust with cocoa. Set pan on baking sheet and set aside.
2. Place butter, chocolate, and salt in large heatproof bowl then place over a saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
3. In mixer fitted with whip attachment, beat whites and cream of tartar on medium speed until fluffy. Increase speed to medium-high and continue to beat until whites have turned opaque. While whites are beating, slowly add 2 tablespoons sugar and continue to beat to stiff but not dry peak. Transfer beaten whites to a bowl.
4. Using same unwashed mixing bowl and whip, beat yolks and remaining 1/2 cup sugar on medium-high speed until light lemon color, 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Gently fold yolks into chocolate mixture until slightly combined while trying not to deflate yolks. Then Gently fold whites into chocolate mixture in three batches, until just combined and no streaks of white remain.
6. Pour batter into pan and bake until cake is puffed, center is jiggly set, and temperature in center reads 150°F, about 35-40 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack to cool 1 hour. Chill until set, about 1-2 hours. Run knife along inside edge of pan to release cake. Let cake come to almost room temperature before serving, about 30 minutes. This cake tastes better when served cold.

好吃的家常青菜豆腐的做法
1. 提前将肉馅做简单的预处理,加入葱姜沫、盐,调味。锅烧热下肉末炒至变色
2. 下豆腐,微煎
3. 豆腐两面微黄,加入蚝油和味极鲜
4. 翻炒后加入洗好沥干水分的青菜
5. 大火翻炒,加入盐
6. 待青菜微微打蔫,出锅即可

This tropical grilled mango salad will make you forget all about winter and enjoy a nice fresh meal in this chilly weather 🥰

Ingredients
For the Shrimp
-1/2 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined (leave tail on for presentation)
-1 clove garlic minced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
For the Salad
-1 mango peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
-4 cups mixed lettuces any combination Romaine, Bibb, endive, or baby greens
-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
-Fresh grated parmesan for topping optional
-Lime vinaigrette
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
-1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
-14 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
1. To Cook Shrimp: In a large bowl, Whisk the garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Preheat grill (or pan) for medium heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pink.
2. To assemble the salad: Place 2 cups of mixed greens in a salad plate, top with fresh-cut mango and cherry tomatoes. Place half the shrimp mixture on the salad and grate fresh parmesan on salad (optional). Lastly, drizzle with the fresh lime vinaigrette just before serving. Repeat for the other plate (this recipe makes two salads).
3. To make Lime vinaigrette: Add the olive, fresh lime juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to a jar. Close the lid and shake until combine. Pour over salad just before serving.

Low-carb, Vegetarian, and Gluten-free Zucchini Lasagna loaded with ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. It’s cheesy, saucy, and makes the perfect light & healthy meal at just 5 net carbs and 191 calories per serving! 😋😋

Ingredients
-3 medium-sized zucchini
-1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
To make sauce
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 tsp garlic, minced
-1/3 cup onion, diced
-1 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes, canned
-1 tsp Italian seasonings
-1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
-4-5 basil leaves
-To make filling
-1 1/4 cup cup ricotta cheese
-1 large egg
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep it aside.
2. Trim the ends and slice the zucchini lengthwise to uniform strips using a mandolin.
3. Place the zucchini strips on the prepared baking sheets next to each other and bake them for 20 minutes by flipping them to the other side halfway through. Set aside to cool.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Heat a pan with olive oil and garlic; saute for a minute and add the onion. Cook the onion for 2-3 minutes and add the crushed tomato.
5. Simmer the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Finally add in the basil, Italian sauce, pepper, and salt. Keep the sauce aside.
6. For the filling; combine the ricotta, parmesan, egg, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix it and set it aside.
7. For assembling the lasagna; add 2 tablespoons of prepared sauce to a medium casserole dish. Arrange a layer of pre-baked zucchini strips. Add ⅓ cup of prepared ricotta filling followed by ¼ cup saucer and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the same for three layers.
8. For the final layer end with Lasagna strips arranged in a criss-cross pattern. Add the remaining cheese on top and cover the lasagna with aluminum foil. Bake the lasagna for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
9. Remove the foil and bake further for 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
10. Allow the zucchini lasagna to cool for 30 minutes. Before serving, slice the lasagna and serve it warm.

This mango recipe is super easy to make and only requires 3 ingredients 🤩

Ingredients
-1 ripe mango
-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
1. Place the mango in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow it to cool. If you are in a hurry you can skip this step and add 2 ice cubes into the smoothie instead. Remove the skin of the mango with a food peeler, Cut mango into medium chunks, reserve about 1 teaspoon of mango to use later for garnish on the smoothie (dice the reserved mango into small pieces).
2. Place the mango, Greek yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in the blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes on high or until the mixture is creamy. Use a spoon to scrape the edges of the blender if any mango get's stuck on the sides. Pour into a cup, top with the reversed mango and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.

Ingredients
-24 ounces lobster tails thawed 4 tails (6 ounces each)
-1 stick butter 1/2 cup butter
-3 cloves minced garlic
-1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
-1 tablespoon parsley fresh minced + more for garnish
-salt
-pepper
-fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven broiler and move the oven rack about 6-8 inches below the broiler.
In a small bowl melt butter. Remove from heat and add the garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Reserve 1/2 of the mixture for dipping.
2. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish. Using kitchen shears cut down the shell down to the fin. Using your fingers, gently pry the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base of the tail. Lift the meat so it is resting on top of the split shell.
3. Season with salt and pepper and brush garlic butter sauce over the top of the lobster tails.
4. Broil 10 minutes, brushing with the garlic butter halfway through, until cooked through. The lobster tails should be white opaque and internal temperature reaches 145F. Garnish with more parsley if desired and serve with remaining butter for dipping.

Ingredients
-6 eggs
-1 avocado
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tsp Dijon mustard
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1/2 tsp ground pepper
-1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
1. Heat a saucepan with 3 cups of water. Once the water starts boiling, add the eggs carefully and cook for 10-12 minutes.
2. Once done peel the eggshell and cut lengthwise to remove the yolks separately.
3. Place the yolks and remaining ingredients into a food processor blend until smooth mixture.
4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe them in each egg white halves.
5. Garnish the deviled eggs with paprika and cilantro and serve.

Crispy Oven-Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings are so easy to prepare with no need for oil or deep frying. The result is SUPER crispy wings that are not only incredibly delicious but so much healthier too! 😍

Ingredients
-2 lb chicken wings
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp baking powder
-1 tsp ground black pepper
-Salt, to taste
-1/2 cup hot sauce
-2 tbsp honey
-4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a rack coated with cooking spray and place it on a baking sheet.

2. To a small bowl; mix the garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Keep it aside.

3. To a large bowl add the wings and remove the moisture with paper towels. Sprinkle the spice mix and coat the wings well.

4. Arrange the wings to the prepared baking rack and bake for 50 minutes flipping the wings halfway through until crispy. Transfer them to a bowl and keep them aside.
5. To prepare the buffalo sauce; add the hot sauce to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the honey and butter. Whisk the sauce until smooth and off the heat.

6. Pour the sauce over the crispy wings. Toss to coat. Transfer them to a plate and serve them warm.

Classic Deviled Eggs are easy and a delicious dish to make 🤤

Ingredients
-12 eggs
-½ cup mayonnaise (115 g)
-1 tablespoon yellow mustard
-1 tablespoon relish
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
FOR SERVING
-paprika
1- tablespoon fresh parsley leaves

Instructions
1. Place the eggs in a pot and fill with cold water until the eggs are just covered. Bring the pot to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for about 12 minutes.
2. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water for about 3 minutes, then peel them and cut them in half. Transfer the egg yolks to a bowl, and set the cooked egg whites aside.
3. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper with the yolks and transfer to a piping bag. (Alternatively, use a zip-top bag with a corner cut off.)
4. Pipe the mixture into the egg whites, garnish with paprika and parsley, and serve chilled.
