She has been practicing the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga over 15 years, under direct mentorship of Manju Jois and John Scott.

She is authorised by Manju to teach officially under the European Academy of Yoga.

About Jolene Ho:

I met my father-in-law, Master Nan Huai Chin in 1992, and ever since then he had been my spiritual mentor.

One day he said to me “Don’t fly anymore, go take up yoga!”. I quit my flying career and took up yoga.

Since 2002, I devotedly practice Ashtanga Yoga under the strict and caring guidance of Michel Besnard, Founder of Yogasana. Until today I am still very much in love with Ashtanga Yoga.

Where does life come from?
What is your vision in life?
What is your purpose in life?
How can you make this lifetime worthwhile?

These questions were given by Master Nan to students who practice self cultivation with him. It is my lifetime homework to seek the answers to these questions.

Currently certified by Manju Jois for completing the Primary, Intermediate, Advanced series and YOGA THERAPY training.
