About Claire
Began practicing yoga in 2017 with my first yoga Master N.Sewda and completed 500 Hatha & Alignment YTT. Got to know about ashtanga yoga by N.Sewda’s introducing and influence in 2021.
Started Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Method with Dorothy under the direct guidance of Manju Jois.
Currently certified by Manju Jois for completing the Primary, Intermediate, Advanced series and YOGA THERAPY training.
