Meridian Tapping + Sound Bath by May Lim

May Lim will lead a sacred healing circle to release stress, restore balance in your mind-body and reconnect with the highest version of you.

This 60 minutes healing circle includes:

(i) 15mins Meridian Tapping (拍打-Pái dǎ)- an ancient Chinese technique to release toxins, stimulate blood circulation, unblock Qi (energy) stagnation and revitalise the flow of Qi in your system; and

(ii) 45mins Alchemy Crystal Singing Bolws sound bath, where the alchemical sounds of the crystals tones will help you relax, rejuvenate and retune any out-of-sync vibrations.

You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and empowered for the month ahead!

At the workshop, she will introduce you to the fascinating history and philosophy of Tai Chi, as well as fundamental principles and movements. 所謂喜樂 ….

善的心理行為與生理有很大的關係,為什麼古今中外一切宗教都贊嘆善行呢?善能生陽,陽氣就來了,所以為善最樂。這不止是教育上的話,因為陽氣來了人也會快樂,如果都是陰氣,就煩惱憂慮了。陰者就是五陰、五蓋,所以任隨哪一種善行被破壞,都容易落入昏沈,頭腦就昏聵了。譬如殺了人的,最後都被抓住了,因他東逃西逃,頭腦昏聵就被抓住了......

我們打坐為什麼心境上不能發出喜?因為都在煩惱中,像在陰霾的天氣裡頭,因為有欲而生出惡法、不善法等。

如果真能夠離開了這些欲、惡、不善,等等,不生這些惡與不善,就可以得喜樂。所謂喜樂,就是達到自己所要求的清淨的境界,自己心境達到了至善,所以為善最樂。

平常沒有發現的過錯,在這個時候自己很清楚,也沒有了,很乾淨了,心地上的陰霾散掉了。因此不再粗重,獲得了身心的輕安,一天到晚都是舒暢的,不會煩悶,不會這裡病、那裡難過,這些都沒有了。

The Flexi Program-Dorothy Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (200hr)

1. Self practice arrangement

Practice hours will be logged according to the attendance of weekday morning Mysore, Dorothy Sunday Mysore, and Ashtanga Led classes at Yoga Mala. (Trainees are free to organize their hours according to their work schedules

Mysore = self-practice

Feel free to start learning the sequence in the Mysore classes (Monday through Thursday schedule class and Dorothy Sunday Mysore workshop)

Practice hours: 25 out of 200HR
(1.5H Mysore self-practice; 1-2H Led classes )

Weekday schedule Mysore
Time: 07:30-10:00

Sunday Mysore
Time: 09:00-11:00

2. Sunday Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Immersion, Śāstras & Adjustment

Hands-on Adjustment Methodology & Yoga Therapy,
Sanskrit Counting, Vedic Chanting & Pranayama.
Teacher trainees are required to assist in classes to practice hands-on adjustments on practitioners

Sunday Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Immersion, Śāstras & Adjustment
Time: 11:30-1pm

No time limit in the TT, we encourage maximal flexibility so that you can receive most benefits from every part of the practice

Teachers of all styles and experienced practitioners are delightfully welcomed.

If you are interested in the TT programme you can start anytime at your own pace accumulating hours.

Began practicing yoga in 2017 with my first yoga Master N.Sewda and completed 500 Hatha & Alignment YTT. Got to know about ashtanga yoga by N.Sewda’s introducing and influence in 2021.

Started Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Method with Dorothy under the direct guidance of Manju Jois.

Currently certified by Manju Jois for completing the Primary, Intermediate, Advanced series and YOGA THERAPY training.
