Pack of Packs - Personal Trainer, Mobility Coach, Yoga Teacher Hi there. My name is Lory, trainer, yoga teacher and founder of this platform for people in Hong Kon Hello I'm Lory and I'm the trainer behind Pack of Packs.

I enjoy training a range of clients from absolute beginners, people who want to get back into shape or intermediate movers who like to challenge themselves and learn something new, from teens to seniors. Everybody understands movement differently. Some people need a proper breakdown, and they just put it together in their minds. Others need to let their bodies take over and just go for it. The fun in learning a new skill (aside from earning bragging rights) is that you get to know yourself better, figuring out what works for you and celebrating with your fellow movers.
