Mit die 5 Elements in Leben, wir haben feier, wasser, luft, erden, und was ist die Ether. Wann mann bringt alles die Element zusammen, und alles arbeit in harmonie, gibt es ein gesundheit korper. Zu helfen mit dass, wir koennen benutzen bewegung und achtsamkeit. Yoga ist fitness, kraft, und dehnung durch bewusstsein bewegung. Fitness ist beweglichkeit und ein funktional korper, und mit achtsamkeit kommt Gesundheit. Ich hoffe anbieten ihnen was Yoga kann sein: Spaz, Stark. Ich wuensche ihnen laufen besser machen: Schneller. Einfach. Ich gebe ihnen die Kenntnis aus einen gesundheit und freude Leben.
