這也是為什麼,冥想和瑜伽等許多歷史悠久的課程都以呼吸練習做基礎。

Take a deep breath

Deep breaths are more efficient: they allow your body to fully exchange incoming oxygen with outgoing carbon dioxide.
They have also been shown to slow the heartbeat, lower or stabilize blood pressure and lower stress.
Everyday take 10 minutes to exhale out all the negative engery and inhale positive energy into your body.
