教書教左整整13年，係知識完全唔值錢嘅時代，任何有心人都可以透過網絡及AI學識任何東西，尤其係心理學呢種咁textbook 咁 theory-based 嘅學科，作為一位教師，我相信最有價值的永遠不在「教」，而在「育」。育人有方向，育人思考，育人做最忠於自己的自己而不為世俗影響。

10幾年前，我就係因為好中意講經，先會做呢行。

永遠也是覺得，是學生成就了我的一切。

I am delighted to announce a significant milestone in my publishing career. The book I co-authored with my talented student, Cherry Cheung , entitled "《活得真累--正向心理學給你的三把人生鑰匙》" published by 花千樹出版有限公司@arcadia_press_ltd , has been honored with the Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards 2023, in the Psychology and Self-Help category (香港出版雙年獎2023--心理勵志類出版獎).
