I hope you can join me in Hong Kong, as I’ll be acting in this super interesting Play! We’ve already produced it in Lisbon, and there’s talk of the Edinburgh festival next year! Afternoon of Sun November 3.
Written 150 years ago by by Eca De Queiroz, often considered to be the Portuguese equivalent of Balzac or Shakespeare, it involves the trade between Lisbon, Macau and Guandong.
He was considered the most important Portuguese author in social commentary, and a realist.
It’s only an hour long, light and entertaining, and suitable for children!
