"Vesak", the Day of the Full Moon in the month of May, is the most sacred day to millions of Buddhists around the world. As we honour the birth, enlightenment and passing of Lord Buddha, we can all be inspired by his teachings.

Though for some, Vesak appears to be a Buddhist practice, it is universal in nature. People from various backgrounds and races gather together every year to take part in this. On what is considered to be the most powerful full moon of the year, you get the chance to immerse with this unique energy to purify your chakras and physical body to uplift yourself and bless Mother Earth.

May this auspicious day bring peace and tranquility to everyone!
