Happy 1st Anniversary to my anti IG cute British sidekick!
He used to hate when I post my food videos. But as we get to know each other, we realize we must keep our identity and not to change each other. He likes to talk about his train station and I will continue to use him as my video click bait. Not sure if he is working though

Good food always brings good people together! What a lovely afternoon spent with my groupies! I made my Lion’s head meatballs, chicken fat chili crispy cold noodles, plum marinated tomatoes, and they help to make shrimp spring rolls! brought her own sourdough and brought sesame chicken. We missed Grace but we welcomed our new member ! Can’t believe it’s already our 4th gathering!

evel up your Chili Crisp 🌶️

Use left over fats to make your chili crisp and add a whole dimension of flavor. I use 三黃雞yellow fat chicken fat, fragrant and bright in color.

This is a perfect way to used up left over spices! Experiment with different chili and combo. 150kcal per tablespoon of greatness!

Taking care of things that brings me joy!

Cold Tofu dishes! My go to no cooking lean protein lunch or snack. I use cold tofu as a base and add toppings that I have to spice it up. Today I added Natto and kimchi to spice up my probiotics and also give life to my Tofu.

What’s your combo? Would like some more ideas.
