Do cupping marks go away? The answer is definitely yes. Normally marks from cupping will fade within 5-10 days. The duration can vary depending on the individual’s metabolism, health condition (the pic shown a patient who just got COVID and it may take up to two weeks for marks to disappear) , the intensity of the cupping treatment, and the specific techniques applied. Lighter cupping techniques, such as flash cupping or gliding cupping, may result in marks that fade more quickly.

Facial Acupuncture is generally safe during pregnancy when performed by a registered and experienced practitioner. In fact, acupuncture is often used to help manage common discomforts or conditions of pregnancy, such as nausea, back pain, migraine, fatigue or even breech baby.

A qualified acupuncturist would be aware of any specific health concerns or complications you may be experiencing during your pregnancy and adjust their treatment accordingly.

There are certain acupuncture points that are contraindicated during pregnancy, as they may stimulate contractions or cause other adverse effects. Your practitioner should be aware of these points and avoid using them during your treatment.

Facial acupuncture is considered to be a safer and more natural alternative to Botox, as it does not involve the use of synthetic chemicals and has fewer side effects. That’s why many women prefers facial acupuncture during their pregnancy.

"Womb-warming" is the use of warming techniques to improve blood flow and circulation to the reproductive organs, including the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes so that the body can better nourish and support these organs to help promote reproductive health.

Some examples of womb-warming treatments that Master Ruth employs:

1. Moxibustion: burning herbal named mugwort on selected meridians and acupuncture points to improve your body's flow of qi (energy).

2. Herbal remedies: Herbal tea or soup that contains nourishing and warming ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, cloves, red dates, antler gelatin, ginseng…

3. Womb warming herbal mask: A paste that is made with herbs such as dang gui, mugwort, saffron, and ginger to apply to the abdomen.

4. Herbal Foot Soak:  Mix the herbals into hot water to create a foot soak which allows your body to absorb the herbal essence through your feet. It is a relaxing routine that you could apply regularly at home before sleep.

5. Chi Nei Tsang(Internal Organs Massage): Belly massage that moves the life energy (Chi/Qi) through the body’s internal channels, such as the nervous system, blood vessels, and lymph glands. It is particularly good for fertility and digestive support.
