大家好,今日我哋繼續講下有關膊頭其他問題同解剖學上嘅知識。上次我哋講到膊頭有外展嘅動作。咁仲有其他動作就係宜家大家喺片裏邊睇到嘅內旋同埋外旋嘅動作。而令到膊頭產生呢個動作嘅肌肉就係位於肩胛骨前後位置部位。而其中令我哋產生外旋嘅動作就係經常出現問題嘅岡下肌喇 ，同比較少出現問題嘅小圓肌。而內旋同外旋嘅比例其實係非常之重要，如果佢哋出現咗問題的話，好多時我哋膊頭就會產生一種叫shoulder impingement或者中文簡單叫做壓住左啲筋嘅問題。除了臨床嘅評估之外，其實我哋仲可以做一些比較準確同客觀嘅評估。而其中一個比較準確啲測試就係等速肌力測試，英文叫isokinetic testing。我哋會安排病人係呢個等速肌力測試，作出唔同嘅速度肌力運動，這樣準確同客觀嘅結果，就可以幫助我們評估到膊頭的肌肉比例了，從而幫助搵出病人的問題。對照其他臨床試驗嘅結果，而幫助病人決定下一步的治療方案。
