Wondering how to stay calm, healthy and strong this winter?

It’s easy to get caught up in work, commuting, deadlines or family plans, and forget to care for yourself. That’s why having a simple at‑home self‑care “toolkit” can make all the difference.

- Gentle morning mobility / stretch & wake‑up routine — Start the day with some light stretches or mobility moves: slow neck turns, shoulder rolls, gentle torso twists, leg stretches. This helps wake your body, loosen tight muscles, and prepare you physically.
- Short, slow yoga / restorative‑style sessions at home — Try a few yoga poses or gentle asanas tied to relaxation and winter wellness: for instance seated forward‑bends, gentle spinal twists, or poses that open chest and shoulders.
