最近成日聽到GLP減肥嘅消息,我就諗:真係啱晒我定只係噪音?
好多人淨係放大「減肥/減磅」兩個字,但我始終覺得腦筋清醒,早睡早起,不斷食,才是關鍵,增肌其實都係一樣。
所以我試咗一個禮拜,周圍講一個禮拜可以減十磅八磅,但我體重冇乜大變化;反而體脂跌咗約2%,肌肉量仲增加咗1kg! 🔥🔥
呢個星期喺澳門生活都幾規律,主要係飲食習慣改好。思維一變,其他都跟住好轉(瞓得更好、餐後冇咁眼瞓、精神狀態提升了不少)。🥳
一個決定,做對左好既事業,可以影響你做事嘅方式;對與錯,係靠自己去體會,唔使成日聽人講(世上太多噪音) ,了解過後,可能會帶嚟唔同嘅結果。🎉🎉

Lately I keep hearing about GLP for weight loss and I wondered: is it really right for me or just noise?
Many people only focus on “losing weight,” but I believe staying clear-headed, sleeping/waking up early, and keep eating well are the real keys — the same goes for building muscle!
I tried it for a week. People say you can lose 8–10 lbs in a week, but my weight didn't change much; instead my body fat dropped by about 2% and my muscle mass actually increased by 1 kg.! 🔥🔥
This week in Macau I kept a pretty regular routine and mainly improved my eating habits. Once my mindset shifted, everything else followed — better sleep, no more post-meal drowsiness, and much improved energy. 🥳
One decision, choosing a good venture, can change how you approach things. Right or wrong, you have to experience for yourself — don't just listen to others (there's too much noise). After understanding it, you might get different results. 🎉🎉
