流行性感冒（流感）每年感染數以萬計的市民，並能導致嚴重的併發症甚至死亡。由於學童的衞生習慣一般較差和免疫力相對較弱，故此傳染病在學童間傳播以至爆發的可能性便 非常值得學校及家長關注。如果學童染上流感，他們的發病率及死亡率往往較一般成年人高。依據我們對學校進行研究所得的經驗，我們計劃就流感傳播及日常衞生習慣常見的各種誤解，展開健康互動推廣活動，目標是加強早期學齡兒童對預防流感的健康理念和正確衞生習慣的認識，向老師和學生推廣正確的公共衞生知識，希望藉此培養學童良好的個人衞生習慣和保持校園環境衞生。
