學生在牆繩與瑜伽磚的支撐下，更安全、深入地停留在下犬式中。這能為肩膀與脊椎創造空間，減少壓力，讓姿勢從「用力」變成「安住」。

圖片 2 —— 創辦人的個人練習
由輔具支撐的寬腿前彎啟動副交感神經系統。持續5分鐘以上。背部的膀胱經得到深度安撫；大腿內側的肝經與脾經——常因晚睡、怒氣、過度思考而緊繃——終於有空間釋放。

無論你在家練習、參加我們的課堂，或向其他老師學習，我們都希望你此刻把回到身體放在優先, 以所有可得的方式讓你的神經系統感感受到深度滋養。

Our fascia and connective tissues open slowly — they need time, stillness, and gentle support. This is why every yoga class at our studio includes passive stretching after strength work, helping the body shift from activation into deeper release, from yang to yin.

Because the most transformative work often comes not from effort, but from ALLOWING — allowing the body to soften, allowing gravity to hold us, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate.

After the recent tragic Tai Po fire, many in our community are processing heavy emotions. These two images reflect how we can support our multi-dimensional body during times like these:

Image 1 — our teacher & students
Students are supported by wall ropes and blocks, helping them rest more safely and deeply in Downward Facing Dog. This support creates space in the shoulders, lengthens the spine, and allows the pose to become calming rather than effortful.

Image 2 — our founder’s own practice
A supported wide‑legged forward fold activates the parasympathetic system. The Bladder channel along the back softens, restoring vitality. The Liver and Spleen channels in the inner thighs — often tight from late nights, irritability, overthinking, and worry — finally have space to release.

Like our friend (who have had an NDE) says, the other side is ONLY LOVE. And this is the only consolation we have for those over 120 (and still counting) who have perished from the worst fire 🔥 Hong Kong has ever seen.

May we hold them in our thoughts and hearts, seeing divine comforting light guiding the souls of the deceased to their next destination. And let’s visualise the divine light enveloping the living and suffering with gentle comforting healing like a soft cashmere blanket…

And please command the light to bring their animal companions home too. Imagine all the families never having to separate in this most beautiful and loving light-filled realm of eternal peace….let it be so, let it be so….🤍🤍

We conducted a survey of our (further improved) signature workshop recently. The results were striking:

➡️ Immediate Impact: 21% average reduction in distress levels post-workshop.

📈 Sustained Transformation: 40% average reduction tracked 8-12 days later, showing effects deepen over time.

💡 Long-Standing Challenges: 43% average reduction in perceived difficulty of resolving issues held for 3 months to 10+ years.

These results compare very favourably to mindfulness practice and other general healing methods, which typically require much longer to achieve less significant shifts. ⚡

Receiving a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, often leading to the question: “Why me?”

This was the case for one of our clients—a mindful, health-conscious individual and new coach, when she was shocked by her diagnosis. After undergoing the recommended surgery, she sought support to address the deeper ROOT causes of her cancer.

Through just two transformative sessions with our founder Anita, Qigong lessons with us and self practice, she connected with her body’s healing intelligence, and she realised that cancer wasn’t a random misfortune but, in her words, a powerful ‘gift’ - an opportunity to confront where she had compromised herself.

With our support she adopted a completely new perspective about her diagnosis and found that she no longer experienced the internal conflict in offering her coaching with the world. In her words, ‘life started to flow’ and that the progress in her health and life alignment she made with us in TWO months was more than she had achieved on her own in TWO years.

As many have discovered, when the purpose of life’s challenges—like cancer—is fulfilled, the challenge is no longer needed. 🌱💖
