I am happy to share our recent publication by Michael Lai to find out connection of Ventral Tegmental Area (VTA) and dorsal hippocampus CA2 by using two dual AAV tracing method together with tissue clearing method. This may explain why dementia can occur in Parkinson’s disease. The paper is published in Neurobiology of Disease.
