這些都與核心肌群的穩定度有極大的關係

核心肌群 Core Muscle 是一個統稱
其實它包含腹肌、背肌、臀肌、大腿肌等
並不是單指腹肌而已
核心肌群之所以重要
是因為它代表著我們身體軀幹的整體穩定
同時也意味著身體進行動作時的協調度、平衡感

在日常生活中,強化核心肌群可以保護脊椎
減少下腰背因不良姿勢的壓力
特別是辦公室上班族
長時間坐下時腹部肌肉會變得放鬆
久而久之對脊骨的保護就會相對減少
容易做成下背痛甚至椎間盤突出或移位
