關於 Bao Chow

心理咨詢師/瑜伽導師/舞台項目製作人 Baochow管理公營演藝場地和製作大型活動超過十五載，珍惜團隊精神，並相信 show must go on. 近年她踏進療癒及啓導的領域，並將不同的藝術類型融入治療或課堂當中。她擅長以寫作，繪畫和瑜伽等正念表達活動啓發個人及團隊潛能。
