A question I am often asked by clients: what do I do with anger, fear, grief or shame?
Often if the emotion feels overwhelming, it will require the safe container and slow process of a therapeutic space.
Nonetheless, bringing curiosity to were we feel emotions in our bodies and getting acquainted with how they manifest themselves, is a first step into reconnecting with our feely side, the part of us that makes us feel alive π
A simple practice: take few minutes every day to write the sensations you feel in your body (buzzing, fluttering, heaviness, numbness, pulsation..)
