I am a qualified health coach, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and Transpersonal coach. With a deep interest in the potential of a true holistic approach to wellness for women, I use the Transpersonal space to guide my clients towards wholeness. My expertise is in supporting women going through life transitions. I guides my clients through these, sometimes, challenging passages and together we transform them into opportunities for personal growth and self-actualization.

As long as I could refrain from using my torch and trust my body to safely find ground under my feet, I felt deeply attuned with nature around me, sounds, smell, sensations… the moment I had my light on, all I perceived was the path in front of me. Insightful experience! Definetely up for more night hikes now 🥰🌝

I became a therapist to fulfil a passion in empowering others to become healthier and happier by inspiring them to lead healthy lifestyles and inspired lives.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions (in-person & at distance) where I combine the techniques and tools of Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, Holistic Wellness and Transformational Life Coaching to support people interested in experiencing thriving health and full-blown happiness.

With a background in hospitality, in Hong Kong, followed by a career in Public Relations, I have developed a special interest in supporting people dealing with burn out, stress, anxiety, depression and addiction. While a personal journey facing my own traumatic past has drawn me to become a compassionate and committed guide for my clients in the process of healing trauma.
