ESC 2025 Guidelines updates on management of Valvular Diseases. With both surgical and transcatheter valvular interventions come hand in hand, a Heart Team Approach is the cornerstone in managing patients with valvular diseases.

TAVI recommendations expanded, with Class I Indication for those >/= 70 years old in severe AS. Recommendations for TAVI in patients with AR is also included in the updated guidelines.

Updated recommendations for TEER, TMVI, and PVL also included in the 2025 ESC Guidelines.
