🐴 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒆 - 𝑽𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒂 (𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒆)
Horse Pose enhances hip flexibility, strengthens lower body muscles, improves balance and coordination, corrects hip asymmetry from sitting, and promotes proper spinal alignment with an open, upright posture.
🐐 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒕 – 𝑽𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒉𝒂𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑰𝑰𝑰 (𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑰𝑰𝑰)
Warrior III, often called the “Mountain Goat” pose, symbolizes stability, strength, and focus. Like a goat balancing on a cliff, it challenges practitioners to stay grounded, centered, and poised while extending body and mind through life’s uneven terrain.
🐒 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒌𝒆𝒚 - 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒂 (𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒌𝒆𝒚 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒆)
Monkey Pose enhances flexibility in hamstrings and hip flexors, opens the hips, builds lower body strength, and promotes physical and mental balance through focus and core engagement.
🐓 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 – 𝑲𝒖𝒌𝒌𝒖𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒂 (𝑹𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒆)
Rooster Pose is an advanced arm balance that builds core, shoulder, and arm strength while enhancing hip and knee flexibility. Practiced from Lotus Pose, it lifts the body off the ground.
🐕 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒐𝒈 - 𝑼𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒂 (𝑷𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒆)
Puppy Pose opens the heart and chest, deeply stretches the spine, and relieves tension in the shoulders and arms, countering stiffness and poor posture from slouching.
🐖 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒊𝒈 - 𝑺𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒂 (𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒑𝒔𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒆)
Savasana promotes deep relaxation, mental calm, and physical release, fostering mindfulness, stillness, and connection between body and mind while restoring balance and integrating the benefits of yoga practice.
