Last Monday, on April 22nd, we celebrated Earth Day! 🌎🌱 Our studio & Aerie joined forces to show appreciation for our beautiful planet with some relaxing yoga sessions! 🫶🏽 Just like how we focus on mindfulness and intention during our yoga practice, let’s extend that care and love to the Earth that sustains us all. 🧘‍♀️🌿
