Don’t Skip the SPF Just Because It’s Cold!

Winter is here, and while the days may feel cooler and darker, your skin still needs protection from the sun! UV rays don’t take a break in the winter. In fact:

• Up to 80% of UV rays can bounce off snow, hitting your skin twice as hard.
• Clouds? No excuse! 80% of UV rays pe*****te through them.
• ⁠Long-term exposure, even in cold weather, leads to premature aging, sunspots, and increased skin cancer risk.

The Solution? Sunscreen, every single day.
• Use at least SPF 30.
• Reapply every 2 hours - even on cloudy days
• Choose moisturizing sunscreens for added hydration in dry winter air.
