「Birth to Work 由出生到就業」是一項以香港為背景的研究及行動項目,旨在了解兒童、青少年及年輕人由成長到初入職場期間的精神健康歷程,目標是推動香港青年精神健康生態系統的長遠改善。
“Birth to Work” is a Hong Kong-based research and action project exploring the mental health journeys of children, adolescents, and young adults from early life to entry into the workforce, to generate actionable recommendations for long-term improvement of youth mental health systems in Hong Kong.
顧問團隊角色 Role of Advisory panels:
💡就研究方向、重點及方法提供意見
Providing input on research priorities, focus areas, and methods
💡指出被忽略的觀點、群體或制度盲點
Identifying overlooked perspectives, communities, or system blind spots
💡協助制定具體可行的建議
Shaping practical and impactful recommendations
參與安排 Participation arrangement:
➡️ 顧問團隊預計於未來一年大約進行六次網上會議
The panel will meet for around 6 Zoom meetings over the coming year
➡️ 每次出席會議可獲港幣500元參與報酬
Participants will receive HKD 500 compensation for each meeting attended

✅18歲或以上人士 Aged 18 or above
✅具備與青年精神健康相關經驗的人士(如親歷經驗、照顧者經驗、家長、教育界、醫療或社福界經驗、社區參與、倡議工作、青年工作、職場支援,或與被弱勢社群合作的經驗)With experience relevant to youth mental health (including lived experience, caregiving, parenting, education, healthcare, social services, community engagement, advocacy, youth work, employment support, or work with structurally minoritized communities)
👤顧問團隊主持人 Advisory Panel Facilitator👤
曾善榆:臨床心理學家、講師和精神健康倡議者,她經歷了長達十年以上的精神健康挑戰,致力於善用自己的知識和經歷,來推動消除精神健康歧視和進行倡議,目前擔任刺針精神病學委員會精神健康親歷經驗研究親歷經驗諮詢委員會的成員。
Ella Zoe Tsang: Clinical psychologist, lecturer, and mental health advocate. She has lived with mental health challenges for over a decade and is committed to drawing on both her professional knowledge and lived experiences to advance mental health advocacy and reduce stigma. She currently serves as a member of the Service User Advisory Committee for the Lancet Psychiatry Commission on Lived Experience Research in Mental Health.
