Many people don’t need “more exercise,” they need better organization.

When posture and joints feel stuck, it’s rarely because you’re not trying hard enough — it’s usually because the body is compensating. Our work focuses on:
- alignment that actually holds under load
- strength that doesn’t create compression
- rotation and control that carries into daily life
