These Organic Golden Oyster Mushrooms are so delicious!
Best way to cook it is either Roasting or Baking it!
We use:
Olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, Italian Parsley or any herbs you like, a splash of Japanese Mirin.
Tips on using the root of Mushrooms, we slice it up and boil in hot water, add two slices of ginger and seasoning to taste, add Japanese Aged Red Miso to make a tasty soup!
Guess what is the surprise? The sliced Mushrooms root has a texture of abalone!
This way the whole box of mushrooms is well eaten!
這個美國的有機黃金菇屬於蠔菇的一種,味道超級可口啊!
最美味的做法就是燒烤或焗它!
另外,菇的底部也要善用,可切片後拿來滾湯,調味可加一點日本味噌,驚喜的是這一片片菇的口感像鮑魚片喔!
