Happy Plantarian started out with two sisters Tansy and Althea who are passionate in creating wholesome, innovative and super flavorful plant foods to share with families and friends. Home based in Hong Kong, we aim to promote “Eating Right = Healthy, Happy People” through our interactive nutrition-based Cooking Classes. Thank you, Monica from Level V Bakery for these delicious Vegan Cakes!

We are sampling these cakes for a great purpose (not ready to announce yet!).

Monica's cakes are not overly sweet but sweet enough to satisfy us! The Ube Pineapple Bun (紫薯菠蘿包)with Mochi as filling is definitely our most favorite bun!

We are so lucky to receive these Laba Congee from Fo Guang Shan Temple in Vancouver.

Laba Congee is offered on the Lunar Calendar 8th Day of December which is a celebration of Buddha's Enlightenment!

The Congee is so delicious, we added our own Organic Chickpeas and Choi Sum, we loved it!

我們好幸福呢!可以收到溫哥華佛光山的臘八粥!

佛成道日必吃的臘八粥,我們自己加多些豆,家中有有機雞心豆,也加了菜心喔!粥本身味道非常好,加了菜更好味喔!好感恩。

We love butternut squash, we make soup with it or simply roast it with skin on! We roasted it so well and it is so creamy that even the skin is tender and easy to consume.

Seasoned with sea salt and freshly grinded black pepper! Absolutely yummy!

One of those days when you suddenly feel like eating Japanese Udon!

We were kind of feeling tired after work but the thought of having udon for dinner, we just have to do it no matter how tired we are!

Bought a quick pack of Asian Chopped Veggies (Didn't use their sauce!), and a fresh bunch of Cilantro, we pan fried our Udon within 30 minutes!
Simply added Japanese Mirin and Rice Wine, Toasted Sesame Oil!

Very delicious dinner!

Vegan Plant-based Lifestyle can be so satisfying!

今晚超級想吃日本烏冬,於是無論下班時有多累也要做給自己吃!

去超市買了一包已切好的雜菜絲(不用它的醬包!),一大束新鮮芫荽,用了米酒和味淋,胡麻油調味,就這麼簡單卻非常好味道喔!

全植物性的生活可以是這麼簡單而滿足!

One of those days when you suddenly feel like eating Japanese Udon!
