London Drugs 是本地大型藥店，也售限量的家庭用品和包裝食品、文具等等！

今天看見擺在收銀處最顯眼的這兩款小食，竟然是全素Vegan的啊！我們忍住口沒有買來吃因為家中有太多新鮮水果等著我們消費啊！

相信在這裡的Vegan 朋友到處都有全素小食可買，一點也不困難喔！

No time to cook tonight and we went all the way to west side to buy Shoku's Vegan Sushi .shoku_vancouver for dinner!

Yeah, as usual always so yummy! We went with the server's recommendation and we love each of it!

They are:
Vegan Salmon on Fire Roll
Shiitake Maki
Vegan Tuna Avocado Oshi
Vegan Spam Terriyaki Roll (So tasty!)

Thank you Shoku for bringing us such delicious Vegan Sushi!

We gonna come back for more!

We are all working hard to promote Vegetarian and Vegan lifestyle!

This is another round of Artisan Vegetarian &Vegan Dim Sum Charcuterie photography! Hopefully by dressing up the Dim Sum, we can attract new customers to come taste Vegetarian food!

We featured Hong Kong Cantonese Style Dim Sum including a lot of nostalgic flavor like BBQ Pork Bun and Pastry Roll, Sticky Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf, pan fried veggie bun, rice rolls, shrimp dumplings, etc.

Our photography were smooth going, many customers on site said the Dim Sum looked fabulous and wanted to eat them!
Oh, well, the photography team get to eat them all!

我們再次為手作素點心上妝拍攝製作！希望吸引到更多人來品嘗素食，想不到素食也有點心吧？！

港式風味的點心有叉燒酥和叉燒包、鹹水餃、糯米雞、炸兩、腸粉、生煎包、灌湯餃、蝦餃。。。。。。都是令人讚好的素點心啊！

This is a fig fruit season! We love Figs and today a friend dropped off her garden's Figs for us.

These are Green Figs, it looks like Green Ischia. Light green skin and strawberry red flesh inside, taste very sweet!

We had them with lemon juice, oh, yummy!

無花果季節！朋友送來自家的無花果讓我們品嘗！

這些是屬於綠色無花果，皮呈綠色，內裡的肉如草莓般紅，非常甜美，我們加了些檸檬汁吃，哇！太好味道了！

American actor and activist James Cromwell has said that he decided to go vegan on the second day of filming 1995’s Babe, a film about an orphaned pig learning to herd sheep.

Speaking to the Guardian this week, Cromwell said, “On the second day of filming, I broke for lunch before everybody else. All the animals I’d worked with that morning were on the table, cut up, fricasseed, roasted, and seared. That was when I decided to become a vegan.”

He explained that the film achieved its depiction of realistic animals by blending footage of real animals with prosthetics, puppets, and animatronics. Along with Cromwell, the film inspired many viewers to reexamine their own relationships with “food” animals like pigs.
