The Keep Moving Project is Asia's first movement and nutrition non-profit, with our focus being wellness education and providing a space for people of all walks of life to get in the best shape, physically and mentally, of their lives. Our programs include workplace wellness (our "Recess" program), fitness (through our CrossFit partners and Trybe), as well as nutrition and mindfulness education and practice space.

WORKPLACE WELLBEING | A lot of people are talking about "wellness" these days, with experts around every corner. Unfortunately, none of these experts are able to have any lasting impact because they operate alone and target individuals. We know that these individuals make little change alone. Our RECESS program is a collection of the most important aspects of wellness from the some of the best in their respective fields, working to engage friends in this wellbeing pursuit together. And we work with really big (and really small) companies to make this happen.⠀⠀
AND All profit from these events helps us give back to the community, especially our kids program.⠀⠀⠀⠀

Leading by example. Member is a school physical education teacher. For her, it's a job of passion and education in an area that is often neglected or put as low priority (how many times do you have math class versus PE?), but is actually the one area that can have the biggest impact on someone's life - no matter the job, you need fitness if you want to do it at it's best. .
