《粗糧》
Ummm 如果想滋養內臟的話,就食一點精細的主糧,例如白米,珍珠米,糯米等等,如果想啲氣去外逹四肢,例如最近想做多一點運動的話,就要食多點粗糧,什麼是粗糧,就自己google 都找到的了~
