終於收到續約的菲律賓牌照啦!!!

公司重開半年，要面對的不只是牌照更新、搬公司、電腦系統更新、重新連結舊客戶 --
總結一句：心力交瘁，比以前更努力，仍未見出路。

在此想分享一下這半年所面對的種種：

1) 一個擁抱異象、註定吃力難行的人

三年前帶女兒到外國讀書，是我的個人選擇。
因為她比自己更重要，所以所有結果都要自己承擔。
但我沒有忘記當日的異象，只是跟祂說：「給我暫停一會。」

然而世界變得太快，很多事還未來得及適應，就已經走得太遠。
回頭一看，發現太多客戶和我一樣，已經身在異地；
那些曾經一起努力的工人，在疫情期間，也轉往其他國家了。

2) 三年後，我失去了什麼？

重新開業半年，我正式身兼三份工：外國工作、家庭煮婦、中介公司。
每天都在與時間賽跑——煮飯洗碗時講電話，忙完家務就做面試、捱時差；
有時累到在巴士上睡著。
外國打工要面對文化差異、不同的工作模式；
重新找客戶，與新的菲律賓教會合作，用更多時間去了解新環境。

3) 死守原則，吃力不討好

以前靠努力與時間，了解客戶需要什麼樣的工人、用心配對。
「良心企業、公平待人、善待外地人」一直是我們的座右銘。
但如今市場講求速度與價格——
客戶要秒覆、要多工人、要低費用；
有時提供了最用心的服務，換來的卻是誤解或責備。
有些工人因遇錯顧主而斷約，連面試機會都被拒。
我們寧願放棄一些配對，也堅持原則。
結果是……為了錢可以走得很盡，而我們選擇不那樣做。

4) 困境是生命的試煉

當灰心時，也許一句聖經金句能安慰自己，但現實仍要面對：
租金、數不完的開支、公司日常費用……
在困難中仍盡忠，因此仍看見美好：
仍有顧主選擇相信我們，仍有工人完約後回港找我們，
在挑戰中看見新的方向。

有人說創業難，我說守業更難。
可以肯定的是，明天的路依然難行。
當辛苦得懷疑異象是否仍在時，我會問：是不是自己太傻？
但氣完之後，還是繼續堅持。
我告訴自己：「祂會幫我埋單就夠了。」

Her daughter reply:
