My first taste of yoga happened in 2014 and since then i devote myself to daily practice. I accomplished the Anahata Yoga's 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course accredited by Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre, India & Yoga Alliance, USA and currently doing 300hrs Advance Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course at Anahata. I am a versatile teacher in various styles and le

vels of yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Core Yoga , Sun Vinyasa , power yoga, Arm balance. You learn so much when you teach; it’s a never-ending process of learning by teaching. All level welcome:)

我專長教基礎瑜伽班,包括拉筋和做一系列基礎的式子動作,開始練習式子之間的連串動作的技巧,學習呼吸與動作的配合,建立進入到流動體式中的基本技巧,用來有效的加強和平衡整個身體,同時,幫身體排除毒素。也專門於適合中至高級瑜珈練習者的Power Yoga或一些平衡動作,常適合想建立肌肉耐力和健康體魄的你。從我不斷的練習和各大師吸收到的資訊,必定令你對瑜珈會有更深一層的了解和體會瑜珈如何改變你再生活、身心上的正面改善。從未接觸瑜珈或初學者也歡迎!
